A profound concert-theatre experience by Gerdan Theatre – an award-winning Ukrainian ensemble making their debut in Sweden.

For over 30 years, Gerdan has been a guardian of Ukraine’s cultural heritage, weaving together music, dance, and poetry into powerful performances that carry the spirit of a nation. This exclusive evening is more than a concert – it is an act of cultural resilience.

In partnership with Repower, the only organization bringing active-duty Ukrainian medics and surgeons abroad for recovery, this performance is dedicated to the frontline medics who risk everything to save others. Many of them have taken part in Repower’s psychological recovery programs in Sweden – a space for healing, reflection, and reconnection with life beyond the war.

By joining forces, Gerdan and Repower bridge the soul of a culture with the care of its defenders. Together, we honor not only what Ukraine fights for, but the people who carry that fight every day – in trenches, in hospitals, and now, on stage.

5 members of Gerdan serve in the Ukrainian army, so the band sends part of the money they earn to help the military.
